Video is the fastest way to build trust with people who have never heard of you.It shows what you actually do, who you are and why you are worth choosing – on your website, in paid campaigns, on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. Yet most small and medium businesses in Liverpool are still competing with phone footage and stock clips that undersell what they offer. Professional business video production closes that gap and gives you the same on-screen credibility as far bigger competitors.

Why It Matters

Why Liverpool Businesses Invest in Professional Video

Video consistently outperforms static content for reach, watch time and conversion on every major platform. Social feeds prioritise it, landing pages convert better with it, and sales teams close faster when a prospect has already seen your product, your premises and your people on screen.

EngagementPlanned content and professionally crafted video give every post its best chance of being watched instead of scrolled past
SalesVideo that answers what a customer actually wants to know moves people from interested to enquiring
AwarenessA consistent run of story-led content keeps your name in front of people who have never heard of you
Stand outFilm made around what is genuinely different about you, in a feed where most businesses look the same

The difference between video that works and video that gets scrolled past is rarely the camera. It is planning: knowing who the video is for, what it needs to say in the first three seconds, and where it is going to live before a single frame is shot. That is where every project here starts.

I do not just shoot and edit pretty videos. The job is working out what is actually interesting about your business – the thing that makes someone choose you over the place down the road – and translating it into media people genuinely want to watch. That is the difference between content that sits on a website and content that earns engagement, gets shared and leaves people with a real impression of you before they have spoken to anyone.

If your business is built on your own face, the same thinking sits behind my personal branding shoots for founders, coaches and consultants.

Social Media Video

Social Media Video Production in Liverpool

A brand film is something you make once. Social media video is something you need every week, and that is a different job. It needs planning, batch filming and a run of edits built for the feed, not one flagship film chopped up at the end.

I produce social media video for Liverpool businesses as its own service: vertical, hook-led, captioned and delivered in the formats Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts actually want.

One filming day, a month of posts

Most businesses do not need twelve shoot days a year. They need one properly planned day, filmed in blocks, that comes back as a month or more of content. A half day typically produces six to eight vertical edits. A full day usually lands between twelve and twenty, depending on how many topics, locations and changes of outfit I build into the schedule.

I plan the content before I film it

This is the part most people skip. Before the camera comes out you get a written content plan: the topics, the hook for the first three seconds of each video, who it is aimed at and the order the posts should go out in. It is built from the questions your customers already ask you, so every video earns its place instead of filling a calendar.

You are not expected to turn up with a list of ideas. That part is my job.

What a social content day gives you

  • Talking-head and founder clips, the format that builds trust fastest
  • Behind-the-scenes and process films showing how the work actually gets done
  • Product, service and detail videos for ad creative and listings
  • Customer and testimonial cuts
  • Burnt-in captions on everything, because most of the feed watches on mute
  • 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, plus 1:1 and 16:9 versions from the same footage
  • Cover frames so your grid does not look accidental

Ongoing monthly social media content

Businesses that post consistently beat businesses that post occasionally, so most of this work runs monthly: a planning call, one filming day, then finished posts delivered on a schedule you can actually rely on. Photography can be shot on the same day if you need stills for the grid as well.

Training & Internal Comms

Training Video Production in Liverpool

Training people actually finish. I film and edit training videos, e-learning modules, induction series and internal communications for businesses, universities and public-sector teams – planned as a series, so every module looks, sounds and runs the same way.

Speaker presenting at a lectern during a conference session, filmed for on-demand training and CPD viewing
Presenter-led sessions filmed for on-demand viewing

A single recorded workshop is useful. A structured series is far more valuable: short modules people can come back to, the same presenter style and look across every video, captions for accessibility, and files that drop straight into your learning platform. The planning happens up front, the filming happens in blocks over one or two days, and the edit turns it into a library your team can use for years.

E-learning & Online Course Modules

Presenter-led lessons with slide and screen inserts, cut into chapter-sized modules for online courses, CPD and learning platforms.

Induction & Onboarding Series

A welcome from leadership, how things work and who does what – filmed once, and watched by every new starter from then on.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Practical process and safety videos filmed on site, so the right way to do the job is shown clearly rather than buried in a manual.

How-To & Process Videos

Step-by-step walkthroughs of equipment, software, products and internal processes for staff, customers and support teams.

Leadership & Internal Comms

Updates from the top, change announcements, strategy briefings and all-staff messages that feel personal, even across several sites.

Lecture, CPD & Seminar Capture

Multi-camera recordings of lectures, seminars and training days, edited into full-length sessions or short highlights for on-demand viewing.

What a training series includes

  • A series plan and module structure agreed before anything is filmed
  • Scripting support and presenter prep, so people deliver naturally on camera
  • Consistent lighting, framing and sound across every module
  • Burnt-in captions plus separate subtitle files for accessibility
  • Branded titles, lower thirds and on-screen graphics
  • Files ready for Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Teams or SharePoint
  • Short cut-downs for intranets, internal channels and social

Who it is built for

Universities and colleges, NHS and healthcare teams, councils and housing associations, and businesses training people across more than one site.

Captions matter here: public-sector and university websites have to meet accessibility requirements, so every module is delivered with them as standard.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Motion Graphics & Animated Explainer Videos

Some things are easier to show than to film. Motion graphics and animation turn a process, a set of numbers or an idea nobody can point a camera at into something people understand in seconds.

They work on their own as animated explainer videos, or layered into filmed content – branded titles, lower thirds, animated captions and infographics that make a brand film, a training module or a social video look properly finished. Animation is produced with a specialist animation partner, planned and managed by me alongside the filming, so the look stays consistent and you still deal with one person from brief to delivery.

Example: a branded lower third, logo badge and animated captions layered over filmed footage.

Animated Explainer Videos

Short 2D animated films that explain a product, service or process clearly – ideal for homepages, sales decks, onboarding and paid campaigns.

Titles, Lower Thirds & Logo Animation

Branded name straps, title cards, end slates and logo stings that give every film the same polished identity.

Animated Captions for Social

Kinetic text and word-by-word captions for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and LinkedIn, built for people watching with the sound off.

Data, Infographics & Process Animation

Results, timelines, maps and step-by-step processes brought to life for reports, training modules, pitches and case studies.

Pricing & Quotes

How Much Does Business Video Production Cost in Liverpool?

Every project is quoted individually rather than sold from a fixed price list, and I price fairly – you get a straight number for what the job actually involves, with nothing padded on top. Shoots are booked as a half day, a full day or a multi-day production, and what moves the figure is how many shoot days it takes, how much work sits behind them, whether the shoot needs a bigger team on the day, and how much editing, grading and finishing the final videos need.

No caps. No one-size rate.

I don’t limit how many images or videos you get, and I don’t put everyone on the same rate, because no two briefs are the same. You tell me what you need, I quote for that, and you’re never paying for a package built around somebody else. How booking works →

Social media video production is usually booked differently. Rather than a one-off project fee, most clients run it as a monthly content package: one planned filming day, an agreed number of finished vertical videos, delivered on a repeating schedule. Tell me how often you want to post and I will price around that instead of around a single shoot.

The quickest way to get a real number is to tell me what you are trying to achieve. A rough idea is plenty to start with.

How It Works

My Business Video Production Process

01

Consultation

I talk through your goals, your audience and where the video will live, then plan the shoot around a clear outcome and a written brief. For social media video that brief is a content plan: the topics, the hooks and the posting order, all agreed before I film anything.

02

Filming

On location in Liverpool or at your premises, using professional cinema cameras, dedicated audio and lighting – with minimal disruption to your day.

03

Editing

Footage is cut, colour graded and paired with licensed music, captions or voiceover so the finished film matches your brand.

04

Delivery

You get final files in every format you need – website, YouTube, paid ads and vertical social – plus one round of revisions.

FAQs

Business Video Production Liverpool – FAQs

Do you offer social media video production in Liverpool?

Yes, and it runs as its own service rather than an add-on. I plan, film and edit vertical video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, either as a one-off content day or as an ongoing monthly package for businesses that post regularly.

How many social media videos can you film in one day?

A half day usually produces six to eight finished vertical videos. A full day typically lands between twelve and twenty. The number depends on how many topics I cover, how many locations are involved and how much changes between setups, which is exactly what the content plan sorts out before the shoot.

Do you plan the content, or do I need to come with ideas?

I plan it. Before filming you get a written content plan covering the topics, the hook for each video, who it is aimed at and the order to post in. It comes from the questions your customers already ask, so you are not guessing. If you already have ideas, even better – I build the plan around them.

How much does social media video production cost in Liverpool?

Content days and ongoing monthly packages are priced around how many finished videos you need each month, how often I film and how much editing sits behind each one. I price fairly and quote every job individually. Tell me how often you want to post and I will quote against that rather than against a single shoot.

How much does business video production cost in Liverpool?

Rather than fixed packages, shoots are booked as a half day, a full day or a multi-day production and every project is quoted individually. I price fairly, and the figure comes down to how many shoot days are needed, how much work sits behind them, whether the shoot needs a bigger team on the day, how complex the edit is and how many finished videos you need. Send over your goals, your audience and the deliverables you need and you will get a fixed, itemised quote back.

How long does it take to produce a business video?

Most projects are delivered within 4 to 7 days of the filming day, depending on the size of the project, and the delivery date is confirmed before you book. A simple single-video edit can come back sooner, while multi-video campaigns, scripted films or projects needing voiceover and subtitles sit at the longer end. If you have a launch date, tell me up front and I will build the schedule around it.

How many rounds of changes are included?

One round of revisions is included in every quote. You see the first cut, send your notes in one go, and I make the changes. If a project needs more rounds, for example a film that has to go through several departments for sign-off, tell me at the quoting stage and it is built in.

Do I get the raw footage?

Not as standard. Raw interview footage includes false starts and material people would not expect to be kept. If you have a real reason to hold it, such as an internal archive or an in-house editor who will recut later, say so at the quoting stage and it is built in.

Do you film at my business premises?

Yes. Most business video is filmed on location – your office, studio, retail space, workshop or an outdoor Liverpool location that suits the story. I bring my own lighting and audio so I can work in almost any space, and I keep disruption to your team to a minimum.

Do you provide vertical video for social media as well as websites?

Yes. Nearly every shoot is delivered in both landscape for your website, YouTube and ads, and vertical for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Short-form cuts are framed and captioned properly for the feed rather than simply cropped from the wide edit.

What camera and audio equipment do you use?

Professional cinema cameras with prime and zoom lenses, dedicated LED lighting, and broadcast-quality audio using lapel and shotgun microphones recorded separately from the camera. Everything is colour graded in post so the finished film has a consistent, cinematic look.

Do you help with scripting, planning and voiceover?

Yes. Planning is included as standard – I agree the message, structure and shot list before the shoot. Scripting, interview question prep, professional voiceover and subtitles can all be added where a project needs them.

Do you cover areas outside Liverpool?

Yes. I film across Merseyside including the Wirral, St Helens, Southport and Crosby, and travel regularly across the North West to Warrington, Chester and Manchester. Travel outside the region is quoted on request.

Can you film workshops, conferences and events?

Yes. I record workshops, training sessions, seminars and conferences either in full for internal use or as edited highlight films for marketing. Multi-camera coverage and dedicated audio feeds from the room are available where needed.

Can you produce a series of training or e-learning videos?

Yes. I plan training videos as a series rather than one-off recordings: a module structure agreed up front, filming in blocks over one or two days, and a consistent look, sound and presenter style across every video. Each module is delivered with burnt-in captions and separate subtitle files for accessibility, in formats ready for Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Teams or SharePoint.

Do you create motion graphics and animated explainer videos?

Yes. Branded titles, lower thirds, animated captions and infographics can be added to any filmed project, and full animated explainer videos are produced with a specialist animation partner. I plan and manage the animation alongside the filming, so the look stays consistent and you still deal with one person from brief to delivery.

Do I own the finished video and can I use it in paid ads?

Yes. You own the finished films and the usage is included as standard: your website, YouTube, social media, paid ads, email, presentations, internal use and events. There is no extra licence fee for running a film as an advert, and I deliver the master files in every format you need. Music is cleared for wherever you tell me the film will run, so mention paid ads, TV or cinema at the start.

Do you offer ongoing monthly video content?

Yes. Ongoing social media video production is the most common way I work with Liverpool businesses: a planning call, one filming day a month and a delivery of finished vertical videos on a fixed schedule. Photography can be shot on the same day if you need stills for the grid as well.

Ready to Get Your Business on Camera?

Send over a short brief – what you do, who the video is for and when you need it – and you will get a tailored quote plus relevant examples of similar work.
