When you book Captured By Luke Media, you deal with me from start to finish. I take the brief, plan the shoot with you, photograph and film it, edit everything myself and deliver the finished files. Hate having your photo taken? Most people do. Getting you past that is my job, not yours. You get time to settle in before the camera even comes out, then I direct you through every frame so you look and feel like yourself. One person who knows your project from the first conversation to the final delivery.

Start a business enquiryHow much does business photography and video cost?
Every project is quoted to what you need. The price depends on how long I am shooting or filming, how many finished photos and videos you need, how quickly you need them and where they will be used. There are no caps on how many images or videos you get and no packages to squeeze into, because every business needs something different. The one set price is an individual corporate headshot session at £180. Tell me what you have in mind and I will send a clear quote.
Can photography and video be combined on one shoot?
Yes, and it is usually the best value. Once the lighting is set up I can shoot stills, a main film and vertical clips for Reels, TikTok, Shorts and LinkedIn in the same visit, so one booking covers your website and your socials.
Do you come to us, or do you have a studio?
Both. Most business shoots happen on location at your office, venue, shop floor or somewhere in Liverpool that suits the story, and I bring my own lighting and audio. I also have a studio in Liverpool city centre at 1 Maryland Street, L1 9DE, which is ideal for headshots and portraits.
How far in advance should I book?
A few weeks ahead is ideal, especially for weekends, awards season and summer dates. Short notice bookings are often possible, so it is always worth asking if your date is close.
How quickly will I get the finished files?
Event photos are delivered in 24 or 48 hours, headshot galleries within 48 to 72 hours and property shoots in 24 to 48 hours. Most business videos are delivered within 4 to 7 days, depending on the size of the project, with one round of revisions included. If you have a launch date, tell me up front and I will plan around it.
How are the files delivered?
Everything is delivered to a private, password protected gallery link. You can stream, share and download every file, sized for your website, socials and print.
Can I use the photos and videos in paid ads?
Yes. Paid ads are included as standard, along with your website, social media, email and print. There is no extra licence fee for running the work as an advert. If a film uses licensed music, tell me where it will run and the track is cleared for that.
What if I don’t like the results?
Tell me. If a look didn’t work, I’ll reshoot it free of charge. Planning the day around what you actually need means it rarely comes to that.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You get a reply within 24 hours, either with a few questions about the job or with a quote. A call only happens if you ask for one, and it’s free, arranged by email first.
Do you work outside Liverpool?
Yes. I shoot across Merseyside, Wirral, Sefton, St Helens, Warrington, Chester, Manchester and Bolton, travel further across the North West and have covered events in the North East. Travel is included in the quote.
